Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever, up to 50 products, RFQs, one storefront, and two team members. No credit card required to start.
Are there transaction fees?
KwikNest charges no fees on RFQs or sourcing. Storefront orders are processed through Stripe, so standard Stripe processing fees apply on those transactions.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. Changes are prorated, and you keep all your data either way.
What does annual billing save me?
Annual billing is roughly 20% cheaper than paying monthly, about two and a half months free across the year.
Do you offer custom enterprise terms?
Yes. The Scale plan includes a dedicated account manager, and we offer custom volume, SLA, and onboarding terms for larger operations. Just reach out.
