1. Acceptance

By placing an order with Cedartree Bakery and Foods (“we”) you agree to these terms. We may update them; the version in force at the time you place an order governs that order.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page in your local currency where possible. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

3. Fulfilment

We aim to ship in-stock orders within 2 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships, including tracking information when available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays.

4. Returns and refunds

See our refunds & returns policy. In short: most items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

5. Warranty

Products are sold as described on the product page. Any manufacturer warranty travels with the goods. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Disputes

We’d rather resolve issues directly. Please email support+cedartree-bakery-and-foods@kwiknest.com first. You can also open a formal dispute from your order confirmation page; KwikNest’s trust desk will mediate.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of CA. Disputes will be heard in courts of competent jurisdiction in that country unless local consumer-protection law assigns them elsewhere.
